The Community  Program works with Young Parents individually to assess their needs and assist  them to achieve their goals by developing pathways, including referrals and links with other  agencies

We facilitate a number of Programs including fun, educational and practical workshops (crèche available for workshops) relating to a number of  areas, including:
  • Parenting Skills
  • Practical and Independent Living Skills
